is ordered...even before the building is built. Our staff will carefully reconstruct any
venue from actual site measurements or blueprints, apply actual surface material
characteristics and place speaker systems appropriately in the room model. The result
of this work is an accurate representation of not only speaker selection and coverage
but predictable speech intelligibility, sharp reflections and reverberations. We
are able to make specific, accurate recommendations for any acoustic treatments
that may be needed to overcome negative room characteristics.
Acoustic Consulting
One of the problems that often arises with indoor spaces is the need to reduce
sharp echoes or generally over-reverberant areas. Because of the capabilities in our
computer modeling system we are able to do much more than merely suggest that
customers "put up some fiberglass panels". We can specify exactly where to apply
the right choice from many types of acoustic treatments. And we will be able to
clearly explain the benefits of doing so.
System Commissioning
We believe in taking the time to polish the finished product. Our staff uses industry
standard audio analysis equipment and computer tools to properly fine-tune system
equalizations, time delays, gain structures and system levels. We do not simply
"pink the room" and pack up our gear. We measure and average multiple positions
in the room for a realistic common setting. We will also measure speech intelligibility
to prove our system design effectiveness.

We have received rigorous, advanced acoustic and computer modeling training from
BOSE® Corporation featuring the BOSE® Modeler software system. This certification
not only provides our customers with excellent site evaluations and loudspeaker recommendations
but the ability to transmit our Modeler system design file to BOSE®
for factory evaluation. This is done not only at the computer level but their engineers
will load it into a portable playback system called AUDITIONER® which enables them
and the customer to listen to the designed sound system for audio evaluation before
the customer commits to the investment.
Additionally, BOSE® Corporation guarantees that the completed system will sound
as good as the AUDITIONER® evaluation or they will pay to make it right. The only
burden on the customer is to ensure that the building when finished will be according
to the blueprint specifications provided to our staff.

Live Event Services
We maintain a quality collection of professional audio equipment that allows us to provide
live sound services for many types of events. Generally on very short notice, we can provide
specific equipment, an entire system and a skilled operator if needed.
Our equipment is not exposed to high-traffic rental duress so it works great and looks good.
We have high end equipment appropriate for a complex music event or even an emergency
system for nearly any sized house of worship venue. We can easily provide a dance system
for a wedding or party whether indoors or outdoors.
In the past year our systems have been used for school graduation ceremonies where the
school’s gymnasium sound system was inadequate, for outdoor youth group concert
events, for churches meeting in gymnasiums, for wedding receptions and annual meetings
for civic organizations.
System Repair and Reconfiguration
We routinely perform analysis and repair service on existing sound systems.
Whether you need a new underlying cabling system, hum and buzz elimination,
power distribution equipment, audio equipment relocated, video screens moved or
any other system modification we do excellent work in a timely manner.
Some customers need only a partial system replacement such as new amps and
speakers even though the rest of the system is in good working order. We will upgrade
any part of your audio or video system as needed without breaking your
budget.
Operator Training
Why have the operator as your system's weakest link? We are skilled at providing
one-on-one or group training for your staff regardless of the type of facility your audio
system covers and the type of training they need.
We will tailor the training to the needs of the group at hand and will not leave them
confused by not clearly explaining the new concepts. Hands-on equipment will be
provided as necessary and we can train on your live system if necessary.
