Auditorium Renovation at Madison Consolidated High School
It all begins with an idea.
Madison Consolidated High School theatre department debuted their July 2020 performance of Newsies with a bevy of new equipment from Circle City Audio. Unlike many schools in the area, the delay of their regular spring production was not entirely due to the COVID-19 epidemic, but rather a result of an ongoing renovation of their auditorium. The auditorium had been closed for several years while renovations took place. During the auditorium closure, students were able to perform at a local church.
As a part of the renovation, representatives from Madison Consolidated High School requested quotes for a new mixer, DSP, microphones, wireless microphone system, LED video wall, a lighting console and various lighting fixtures. Circle City Audio sold and installed the following equipment and services:

Director, Aaron Kelsey, is impressed with both the product and the experience provided by Circle City Audio. The LED video wall itself offers many benefits. It reduces the rental costs and logistics stress of rented backdrops while also allowing quicker scene changes popular in newer productions. The transition to LED lighting fixtures is easier and safer than their previous lighting fixtures which require frequent gel replacements on dead-hung fixtures. All of these factors allow for future productions to be run smoothly and with less cost per production.
